Thank you for shopping at Fleurs de Reve. We are committed to delivering beautiful and fresh flowers directly to your door. Please read through our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience:

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). -
Shipping Methods and Costs:
We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days (depending on the destination).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for orders placed before 1pm.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Areas:
We currently offer delivery to Miami Dade, FL. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or international addresses at this time. -
Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the recipient’s location. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays, etc.). -
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment. -
Same-Day Delivery:
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1pm in select areas. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and delivery area. -
Freshness Guarantee:
We take great care in packaging our flowers to ensure they arrive fresh and beautiful. However, in the unlikely event that your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately at hello@fleursdereve.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund based on our return policy. -
Delivery Restrictions:
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to ship to some locations or during certain times of the year (e.g., holidays). Please check for delivery restrictions at checkout. -
Undeliverable Packages:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. -
Shipping Errors:
We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at the time of purchase. Please double-check the recipient’s address before submitting your order.
