Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Policy

Thank you for choosing Fleurs de Reve for your floral needs. We take great pride in providing beautiful and fresh flowers, and we are committed to delivering the highest quality service. To ensure a smooth and clear process for both you and us, we would like to inform you of our non-refundable and non-returnable policy:

  1. Non-Refundable Orders:
    All sales are final once the order is placed. We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including flowers, arrangements, and related products. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

  2. Non-Returnable Products:
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any flowers, plants, or arrangements once they have been delivered or picked up. Once your order is fulfilled, it is considered final.

  3. Order Modifications:
    Any changes or modifications to your order must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time. We cannot guarantee modifications after this time frame.

  4. Order Cancellations:
    Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
    In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@fleursdereve.com, and we will assess the situation. We may offer a replacement or other resolution at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

  6. Gift Cards:
    Gift cards purchased from Fleurs de Reve are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. They are valid for a one-time use only and can only be redeemed for full-price products or services. Any unused portion of the gift card will be forfeited. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please ensure to use the full value of the gift card in one transaction, as no balance can be carried over. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
